I wrote this book for anyone in a position to lead others.  (so, yup, it's for everyone!)  Parents, teachers, law enforcement, elected officials, managers, executives, and even brothers, sisters, aunts, and uncles.  At one point or another, we're all in a position to lead.  Some of these skills are innately within us, yet often fail to "show up" when we need them.  This book is a collection of real stories and scenarios to help us all learn and remember how to become better leaders.
