I’ve attended a lot of meetings recently with new leaders or with aspiring first-time leaders. I’m often asked what I think the most important characteristics are that make a great leader. As I look back throughout my career and all of those I’ve tried to emulate or seek mentorship and guidance from, in no particular order, this is my Top 10.
Jim’s Top 10 Characteristics of a Great Leader
1. Visionary Thinking:
