I’ve read several books about leadership in the past few months. The most recent book I’ve read is "Tools of Titans" by Tim Ferriss. At over 600 pages, the sheer size of this book can be intimidating, especially for first-time leaders. So, for your benefit, I’ve taken the time to try to capture the numerous leadership lessons that can be valuable for someone looking to become a manager or get a job in a position of leadership for the first time.
